Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at LibraryFest, a free, all-day community festival packed with activities for all ages. Held from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the festival features a full day of live music, spoken word performances, interactive workshops, arts and crafts, historical demonstrations, storytelling, and hands-on learning experiences celebrating America’s history, culture, and future.

Festival highlights include a giant LEGO sculpture of the U.S. Constitution, DIY crafts, singing storytimes, genealogy and digitization workshops, printmaking demonstrations, calligraphy, colonial crafts, yo-yo workshops, live performances, and opportunities to connect with local community organizations. Guests can also enjoy food trucks, bring a picnic to nearby Quincy Park, and explore dozens of family-friendly activities throughout the day.
