Celebrate Halloween at Glen Echo Park’s annual family-friendly Fall Frolic! This festive event features Halloween arts and crafts, a fall-themed photo opportunity, trick-or-treating at the park’s resident art studios and galleries, and a costume contest with categories such as “Most Spooky,” “Most Creative,” and “Best Group.”

The celebration focuses more on creativity and crafts than frightening activities, making it a welcoming option for families with young children. Visitors can also enjoy Halloween music performed by students from the Washington Conservatory of Music’s Suzuki Program and the Washington Conservatory Orchestra.

Additional activities at the park include a free family-friendly Music and Movement class hosted by the Washington Conservatory of Music, as well as separate Halloween performances at Adventure Theatre MTC and The Puppet Co.
