This campus-wide Block Party features hands-on artmaking, live performances, family activities, curator talks, video screenings, interactive art projects, and outdoor festivities for all ages. Visitors can explore both museum buildings and outdoor spaces while enjoying creative experiences inspired by American art and culture.

Highlights include:
• Face painting, storytime, family yoga, and open play spaces for children
• Community art projects including a collaborative mural, collage quilt, found poetry, and chalk mural
• DrawTogether Strangers, an interactive portrait-drawing experience led by artist Wendy MacNaughton
• Live music and performances throughout the day, including drum bands, steel drums, marching bands, and a DJ
• LEGO building activities, zine-making, photo booths, and art talks featuring American artists and exhibitions
